ロシアのプーチン大統領が先ほど、安全保障に関する会議の中で、ウクライナ軍と戦うためのボランティアを国内外を問わず募集すると発言した。
ロイター通信によると、戦闘地域で活動するロシア軍を支援するためだという。戦闘が長引く中、ロシア側の兵力が不足している可能性もある。
ロシアはこれまでに、市街戦の経験が豊富とされるシリア兵を募集していた。
